       hourly: $25 PER hour

       half day: $75 PER day (4 hours)

       full day: $125 PER day (8 hours)

Private offices are available for temporary (minimum 6 months) or long term occupancy and allow 24 hour access. Offices are furnished and include garage parking and additional amenities.

Room capacity may vary depending on room set up. Discount pricing available to YCO members. Additional rates may apply for events book during non traditional hours

Virtual Services are available for those members who would like a permanent office address with limited amenities and meeting space. Minimum 6 month agreement, includes mailing address, 8 hours of co-working or conference room usage per month.

Offers desks available in an open working environment that offers more flexibility and opportunity for collaborating with others. Shared Work space seating will be available during normal office hours, on a first come first serve basis. Pay as you go no long term agreements.
