Private offices are available for temporary or long term occupancy and allow 24 hour access. Offices are furnished and include garage parking, WIFI and additional amenities.
Room capacity may vary depending on room set up. Discount pricing available to YCO members. Additional rates may apply. Evening hours are 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm and weekend rates are Saturday, Sunday or opened holidays. For non-business related events please contact our Exclusive Non-Business Event Coordinator, Creatively Kin to discuss if the venue will work for your event and scheduling.
Virtual Services are available for those members who would like a permanent office address with limited amenities and meeting space. Minimum 6 month agreement, includes mailing address, 8 hours of co-working or conference room usage per month.
